No. We are a career consulting and workforce solutions provider. For candidates, we help build competitive career profiles and facilitate employer introductions. For employers, we source and screen candidates. We do not place candidates in roles or guarantee employment.

No. We are not a Registered Migration Agent and do not provide immigration or visa advice. Your candidate package includes an initial consultation with an independently registered MARA agent, arranged and paid for by EWA. Further engagement is directly between you and the agent.

No. Our service maximises your competitiveness through professional documents, coaching, and employer introductions. We cannot and do not guarantee job offers or placements.

Yes. Candidates can pay in full ($2,500 incl. GST) or in two instalments — $1,500 upfront before program commencement, and $1,000 before the second coaching session.

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card (processed through Stripe) and bank transfer. A tax invoice is issued upon payment.

Employers pay a placement fee of 10–15% of the candidate's annual salary, payable only after a candidate is hired and starts. There are no upfront fees. A replacement guarantee applies if the candidate leaves within the guarantee period.

Yes. Consultations and coaching sessions are conducted via video call. However, employer introductions and job matching are focused on the Australian market.

A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from the date you sign the service agreement. After that, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in your signed agreement.

The standard program runs for 8 weeks, including all coaching sessions, document preparation, revisions, and ongoing email support. Your first coaching session is scheduled within the first week.

You receive a tax invoice and your career consultant contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your initial career consultation and begin work on your documents.
